Paragon was hired by the entire lending team (consortium of banks) to replace the over-budget and behind-schedule development team and lead the project to successful completion.

The project included 255 rooms, 38 luxury suites, two presidential suites, a 90,000 sq. ft. spa complex, six dining options, three pools, a grand ballroom and multiple meeting facilities.
