After most of the construction process, it became obvious that the project would suffer a myriad of warranty, design and construction issues, and possibly significant litigation. Paragon immediately investigated, mitigated, and managed through these issues and steered the project toward success despite immense challenges.

The project included 153 rooms, 16 Executive Suites, Residential Suites, a spa and fitness center, and meeting spaces.
